Can I pause my membership?
Yes. You have the flexibility to pause your membership for up to two weeks for twice per year. Your membership can be on pause for a maximum of one month each calendar year. No questions asked, and no documents are required.
Simply reach out to our friendly Guest Services team via the Member’s email to submit a pause request. Please note we require a 30-day notice period.
Once your membership pause request has been approved, it will take effect for the next billing cycle. If you are within your initial 12-month term, the pause period does not count towards your minimum period.
