How do I cancel or reschedule a booking?
If your plans change, you can easily cancel your session online through your account. Just follow the steps below.
Cancelling a booked surf can be done directly from your dashboard, following the steps below and video instructions:
Steps to Cancelling Your Session online
Step 1: Log in to Your Account
Go to your booking dashboard and log in
Step 2: Find the session you wish to cancel
If the session you want to cancel is more than 48 hours before your surf time, you can cancel straight from your dashboard. Find the session you want to cancel under My Surfs.
If you are a member, you can cancel your session up to 24 hours before your session.
Step 3: Select the Session You Want to Cancel
Tap the three dots on the session, then select "cancel booking".
Step 4: Confirm the Cancellation
Confirm that you wish to cancel your booking by selecting "cancel booking" in the pop-up window. Please note: you cannot undo once you confirm the cancellation.
What happens next depends on how you booked:
Membership or multipack surf: your surf goes straight back into your account to use again
Casual session or lesson: you’ll receive a credit for the value of your session, ready to put towards your next visit and available to use straight away reschedule.
