How do I use my membership surfs?
If you’re an active member, your included surfs are easy to redeem when booking online. Just follow the steps below to make sure your membership surfs are redeemed correctly.
Membership can be used as easily as part of the booking process online by following the below steps and the video instructions:
Steps to redeem your membership surfs
Step 1: Log into Your Account
Start by logging into your online booking portal account or creating an account using the same first name, last name or email address linked to your membership.
Step 2: Select Your Session
Select "Book Session" from your Booking Portal. Browse the timetable and choose your preferred date, time, and wave setting.
Step 3: Apply Your Membership Surf
Your available membership surfs will automatically appear as a payment option (as long as you’re logged in). Select your membership surf and add to cart.
Step 4: Add to Cart & Confirm Booking
Confirm your details, add any additional gear or rental items, and accept the terms and conditions to complete your booking.
Step 5: You're locked in
Your booked membership surf will appear on your dashboard, and you'll receive a confirmation email with your booked session/s.
