How to Redeem Your URBNSURF Multipack Surfs: Step-by-Step
Step 1: Log into Your Account
Head to the booking portal and log in or create an account using the same first name, last name and email address you used to purchase your multipack. This ensures your multipack surfs are correctly linked to your account.
Step 2: Choose Your Session
Click "Book Session" at the top right of screen once you have logged in to your booking portal. Browse available sessions and select the date, time, and wave setting you’d like to book.
Step 3: Redeem Your Multipack at Checkout
Your available multipack surfs will automatically appear as a payment option at checkout — as long as you’re logged in with the same account used to purchase the multipack. Select the multipack credit you’d like to apply and add it to your cart.
Step 4: Add to Cart & Confirm Booking
Confirm your details, add any additional gear or rental items, and accept the terms and conditions to complete your booking.
Step 5: You're locked in
You’ll receive a confirmation email with all your session details. Your remaining multipack surfs will automatically update in your booking dashboard. If you don't receive a confirmation email within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact our team for assistance.
