How do I use my multipack surfs?
If you’ve purchased a multipack, redeeming your sessions is quick and easy once you’re logged in. Follow the steps below to make sure your sessions are applied correctly at checkout.

Steps to Redeem your multipack surfs
Step 1: Log into Your Account
Head to the booking portal and log in or create an account using the same first name, last name and email address you used to purchase your multipack.
Step 2: Choose Your Session
Click "Book Session" at the top right of screen once you have logged in to your booking portal. Browse available sessions and select the date, time, and wave setting you’d like to book.
Step 3: Redeem Your Multipack at Checkout
Your available multipack surfs will automatically appear as a payment option (as long as you’re logged in). Simply select the multipack surf you’d like to use and add to cart.
Step 4: Add to Cart & Confirm Booking
Confirm your details, add any additional gear or rental items, and accept the terms and conditions to complete your booking.
Step 5: You're locked in
You’ll receive a confirmation email with all your session details, and your multipack surfs will automatically update on your booking dashboard.
