Purchasing & validity
- Gift Cards are available online ($50–$300) or in person (custom value)
- They’re valid for 3 years from the date of purchase (Book By date)
- Non-refundable, including change of mind
Where can I use my Gift Card?
Gift Cards can be used for:
- Surf sessions
- Surf lessons
- Equipment hire
They can’t be used for:
- Food & beverages onsite
- Special events
- Rip Curl retail purchases onsite
- Photo & video packages (Flowstate)
- Purchasing another Gift Card
How does it work?
- Your Gift Card balance is used at checkout when booking
- If your booking costs more than the balance, you can pay the difference with another payment method
- You can use it across multiple bookings until the balance runs out
- Gift Cards can’t be used for recurring or direct debit payments
Things to keep in mind
- Gift Cards are not reloadable
- They can’t be exchanged for cash
- Non-transferable and linked to the original holder
- Cards may be cancelled if tampered with or misused
Lost or damaged cards
Treat your Gift Card like cash:
- Lost, stolen, or damaged cards won’t be replaced
- Exceptions may apply if there’s a proven fault or system error

Do Gift Cards expire?
Yep—Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase, and any unused balance will expire after that. Gift cards cannot be extended.

- Gift Cards can only be used for eligible URBNSURF products and services
- All transactions are deducted from your available balance
- URBNSURF may update terms & conditions from time to time (we’ll always publish updates online)
