What are Credit Codes?

If your session has been interrupted by technical difficulties, severe weather, or an emergency, URBNSURF will compensate surfers with a credit code. The credit is dependent on the amount surfing time missed in the session. The booker of the sessions will receive an email with the credit codes within 48 hours of the cancelled session. 

Please Note:  

• Only insert the credit code once you are 100% certain this is the session you want to surf. If you insert the credit code and leave the page, your code will expire, and you will need to contact Guest Services for a new code. 

• You can only use one credit code at a time. Multiple credit codes must not be used in one transaction.
