What happens in bad weather?

At URBNSURF, safety comes first — so you can focus on having the best surf experience possible. Our expert team carefully assesses weather conditions before every surf session. If conditions are safe, your session will go ahead as planned. If your surf session is cancelled for safety reasons, we'll provide you with an Account Credit towards a new booking. You'll receive an email confirming the credit amount, calculated based on the proportion of the session that was missed.
