What happens in bad weather?

At URBNSURF, your safety is our highest priority. We will carefully assess the weather conditions prior to each surf session. Your surf session will proceed ahead if considered safe by our expert team. If your surf session is cancelled for safety reasons, we will provide you with an Account Credit for a new booking. An email will be sent to the booker’s email address with a credit percentage depending on how much of the session is missed.
