What is your booking cancellation & change policy?
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or change your booking, please notify us as soon as possible by phone or email.
CASUAL, MULTIPACK & FLEXIPACK BOOKINGS
• 48+ hours: You can reschedule, or we can add the value to your surfer account (no refunds)
• Within 48 hours: The session is forfeited
MEMBERSHIPS
• 24+ hours: You may move your booking
• Within 24 hours: The session is forfeited
• Membership surfs are non-refundable and non-transferable
TRANSFERS
• Casual bookings & Flexipacks: Name change permitted up to 1 hour before the session
• Memberships, Multipacks & Unlimited Passes: Not transferable
Please note Private Group Bookings, Schools and Venue Hire are subject to different terms and conditions.
