What is your booking cancellation & change policy?
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or change your booking, please notify us as soon as possible by phone or email.
CASUAL, MULTIPACK & FLEXIPACK BOOKINGS
• 48+ hours notice: You can reschedule your session, or we can add the value to your URBNSURF account as credit (no cash refunds).
• Within 48 hours: The session is forfeited
MEMBERSHIPS
• 24+ hours notice: You may reschedule your booking.
• Within 24 hours: The session is forfeited
• Membership sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
TRANSFERS
• Casual bookings & Flexipacks: Name change permitted up to 1 hour before the session
• Memberships, Multipacks & Unlimited Passes: Not transferable
