What should I do if I don't have my URBNSURF wristband?

Your URBNSURF wristband is yours to keep — it helps us identify you in the water and streamlines your check-in for future visits.

Your first wristband is on the house. If you lose, misplace, or forget to bring your wristband to your next session, we can issue a replacement wristband for $5.

If you realise you’ve misplaced it before arriving, simply let our Welcome Desk team know when you check in, and they’ll get you sorted so you can get back to the waves without delay.
