What time should I arrive before my surf?

Surf sessions will start on time (on the hour). All guests must attend a 15-minute mandatory safety briefing before getting in the water. If you need to hire equipment, please allow for additional time. 

If it is your first visit to URBNSURF, we recommend arriving 45 minutes before your surf session. Please ensure you have already completed your online waiver before arriving at the park to avoid delays. New guests must collect an URBNSURF wristband from our Welcome Desk.

If you are a returning guest and bring your existing URBNSURF wristband, we recommend arriving 30 minutes before your surf session. If you forget the bring your wristband, a $5 replacement fee will be applicable.
