When is the best time to call Guest Services?

The Guest Service telephone operators are available 9am – 5pm, seven days a week.

· The busiest call times are between 9am and 12pm, seven days a week

· For shorter wait times, we recommend calling after 1pm

If you are calling us, asking to break our own terms & conditions, just like our surf conditions, we strive to be as consistent as possible and will need to stick to our rules.
