Why does each surfer need a unique email address?

· Each surfer must have a unique email address so their booking, waiver, and safety requirements are linked to their account correctly

· If a child does not have their own email address, you can use a parent or guardian email with a “plus-name” format · Example: parentemail+childfirstname@gmail.com

· This helps avoid waiver issues and delays at check-in

By ensuring you have a unique email address, it allows you to complete an online waiver. Email addresses cannot be duplicated on the waiver document.

If you have not received an email to complete your waiver, please first check your Spam or Junk box before emailing enquiries@urbnsurf.com. Or if you are struggling to setup an unique account you can also emails us.

You only need to sign your waiver once every six months and the system will automatically notify you when it is time to sign your waiver again. By completing these steps prior to your arrival, your entry process will be seamless!
